The 1st International Basketball Tournament in Crete

Sunday, 25th of September, was the day that the biggest basketball event of Crete came to an end. Anandolu Efes was the grand winner, which winned the final game against Olympiacos to 86-79. Before this game, the semi-final took place between Red Star of Serbia and Hapoel Jerusalem, where the serbian team prevailed to 67-59.

The cretan "final four" that took place to Heraklion Arena at 23-25 September, featuring four of the top teams of European courts, was considered a totally successful event. People of all ages gathered to watch the four games and created a spectacular atmosphere.
